Beckham Scores His First Goal for AC Milan
In a 4-1 Serie A win over Bologna; David Beckham has scored his first goal for AC Milan. Having started in all three games since arriving at the club, Beckham is quickly settling into his game at the San Siro, and is fast becoming a real fans favourite.
Bologna actually scored first as Marco Di Vaio smashed home a penalty in the ninth minute, AC Milan came back to win the game though as Kaka scored two, Clarence Seedorf scored one, and Beckham graced the score sheet with his first ever Serie A goal. Beckham’s goal was the fourth and final goal for Milan; the absolute icing on the cake in this impressive win over struggling Bologna.
Bologna finished the game with ten men, and what started so well for the side from northern Italy really did end very badly.
Beckham is only on loan in Milan for three months, there has been speculation that he’ll stay longer however, and that he’ll perhaps be joining the club on a permanent basis before long if his loan move is successful (which it has been so far).
David Beckham has his first goal in Serie A, and he’ll surely now be hoping that it’ll turn out to be the first of many.
